HELP does not work!

Just pointing out in this zone message.

"If you need help or to report a problem, type ?help and someone will assist you."

If you type ?help, nothing happens. New players don't know they have to write a message after the ?help so there have probably been tons of new players who have gone unanswered for years.

 This is Proof that ?Help alone does not work. And that New players are not getting the help that they need. Its also no wonder that New Players can not find any help when there are fake Ops running around on the server while DSB staff is away or offline. Like Op>Goblin in the following picture.

On another note because I typed ?Help once to test this system. Angelus Banned me.

Now of course Angelus is banning without any good reason to assert his power over others and let them know that he can do whatever he wants. No one questions his ability to do whatever he wants. However he will never command respect this way only Fear or Animosity.  This type of behavior doesn't work to improve the zone or make it a better place but it actually hurts the zone that DSB staff is working hard to volunteer for.
