This is not a Blame Game

Snake Left staff because he had no freedom to help the zone thrive with his creative ideas. He was told to Dev but to only Dev things Hoch approves. Hoch never approved of any changes that could help bring new players to DSB. Hoch is constantly contradicting what he says to snake in this conversation. This same contradiction exists with how Hoch runs the zone. He hires people to help but when they do their best to help they are shut down because Hoch tells them their ideas are not good.

I was kicked from Dev team, a volunteer position, when i was in the middle of proposing my new theme and event for the zone. Snake was happy with me as a Dev member. Many people have been removed from DSB staff when they voiced their opinions on how to help the zone. Turboslug22 who is also known as Preacher22, was removed from staff when he tried to get a dialogue going with other staff about DSB possible adapting to an AS3 server. Snake left staff, and when he told hoch his decision is final, hoch explains he would have kicked snake anyway. This trend does not end but has actually continued in DSB for many years, for example Cyanyde used to be on DSB Staff. He was Op>Cy back then, and when he quit staff, Hoch told everyone he fired Cyan instead. With such blatant arrogance from the DSB owner it is no wonder DSB is left with no more Development team.
